Took my car here for repairs after a minor accident, this was about 5 months ago, since then the same and more issues have arisen in the areas they worked on and I’ve already had to take it back twice for the warranty fixes since they hadn’t fixed it properly the first times. Now I’m dealing with a major coolant leakthey replaced my radiator at the initial appointment the hose connecting my reservoir came completely disconnect due to the lack of a hose clamp being used to securely fasten the part. Under no circumstances would I recommend this auto shop. Regardless of their lifetime warranty it’s not worth it, you’ll be taking your car back repeatedly to utilize their warranty because clearly they’re not adept at what they’re doing there. Updated 12/28 Communication skills at this locations are absolutely horrible. Ended up having to send my car backvery reluctantly and after nearly a month of it being there I’m finally getting it back today. In order to get updates we had to call repeatedly. It’s almost as if they have no time management at all, they’ll claim everything will be ready by a certain day and then you simply won’t hear from them for that day or days after. The only way I knew how long they planned to have my car was the fact that they extended my rental from enterprise. All together completely poor performance, customer service and quality of work coming out of this shop. And to the owner who replied to this comment, there should never be a need to remedy a situation like this. The update I was given was the essentially the entire step of quality control was never done, no real verification of the problems being fixed was performed by your technicians and that’s just unacceptable.Services: Air conditioning
Highly recommended this body shop!! I took my vehicle in for some body damage and the results were excellent! All the employees were amazing and so friendly, they walk me through the whole process and answered any questions I had, I felt extremely comfortable and confident with this shop. I had the opportunity to work with Nestor D and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t believe the fast turnaround time, my vehicle was in& out of the shop. I was constantly updated via text message which made things a lot easier for me not once did I have to reach out for an update. Amazing team here. They were very understanding from day 1 especially Nestor, a very kind man who extended his kind words to me during a time of dispair. I appreciate the great customer service each and every person at fix auto gave me from beginning to end. Highly recommend.!
So they were very nice to star they took in my car without me being there which I thought was awesome but after that communication with no follow ups and broken promises. I’ve called around 6, 2 of those times I was promised my car only to be told it would be a couple more days. Then when I finally came to pick up nothing was done about one of the two issues not even touched and didn’t bother to touch it. I was told that they just needed to reset the vehicle but when I came back today the bill was more because they had to perform the work. I understand everyone is shorthanded I get it but to not follow up or perform the work that was promised is not ok. Also didn’t bother to see if it was charging I had to bring my own cable. Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but if I do I was not use fix autoServices: Painting
Refused the truck 5 times due to not being fixed correctly -pre accident condition . Installed used defective and broken parts. My tire was reinstalled with a 18” slice in the side wall from a head on collision. The tire was turned around on the rim so the damage was to the inside of vehicle un noticeable . Steering and suspension still aren’t pre accident condition but after not having your truck for 5 months I needed it back. They forgot to tighten the battery cables and it caused all kinds of electrical issues and had to be towed home. They denied touching battery but to change leaking tank - battery has to come out.! They forgot to reinstall the wire loom harness for the front lights and sensors , it was left Hanging un attached. I feel sorry for the people who don’t know anything about car repair.This was just our experience, doesn’t mean everyone will have the same..Services: Body & Trim

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Long hold times. No return phone calls. Makes a ton of money off storage and most likely WON'T fix your vehicle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Learn from other people's mistakesService: Steering & suspension repair
Great service! I dropped my car off after an accident and not only did they complete the repairs faster than anticipated, they kept me informed at every step along the way. Everyone we dealt with was professional and polite.
Initially. All was well. I had minor damage from being sideswiped, to the right side of my car. I left my veh w/Fix Auto on Tuesday, 8/30/22. I was told it would take 2 weeks. Since I had made plans to be out of town for 10 days, I thought it would be done when I returned. 9/8, I was told they were waiting on Dairyland to authorize a supplement. I called the adjust Monday and was hold they had not received the supplement. Both times when I called Fix Auto. I was assured someone would return my call. Eric, the supervisor, even promised me he would call me back. Nope. He never did. I received a text at 10:30 am 9/15/22 to say it was being inspected by quality control, they would wash it then call me. Nothing. I finally got ahold of someone and was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up 9/16. It apparently did not make a big hoot that I told them I could not refer them to any of our State Farm’s insured, when they have 3 star service….at best. I was super disappointed in their customer service!! Will not be coming back!!!Services: Body & Trim
Red acura wasn’t put back together well. I took it in 3 times. 2 times they told me it was done, but it wasn’t. Luckily my brother has the same model car, where I showed them the difference. Third time the hood is still off. I opened the hood and left and right side have 2 different parts. I just gave up on them trying to align it well. I just didn’t like that they were trying to pull one on me and tell me they fixed the issue.Services: Body & Trim
