Flair Hair Salon and Barbershop

As soon as I sat in his chair explaining what I wanted he was rude, and nasty. Women go to the salon to pamper themselves, and relax, and you hope that it is a good experience. This has been a nightmare. I questioned how he was cutting my hair, and he gets smart, and nasty, and tells me that, " that is how it is", and "that is what you asked for". That is not what I asked for, and I am very disappointed, and sad. . The nightmare is not over yet. Every time he put the curlers in my hair I got burnt . The whole experience was awful. I am not satisfied with my hair at all, and on top of that I was charged $125.00 for bad service.The Customer Service was awful. I am a adult, and I should not have been talked to like a child. Every body that goes into a business deserves respect, and I didn't get it. He eventually apologized, but my first impression tells me that I will never go back to that salon. I am sure there are some nice professionals there, but Cameron is not one of them. I am a Mother, and a Grandmother I should not feel this way a few days from Mother's Day.Service: Haircut

@Lornet51 is an AMAZING Stylist an Woman to go too! Off the back she makes u feel comfortable and she listens to ur ideas for YOUR style. The atmosphere is calming an PEACEFUL which I appreciate.. its not a 1 stop shop however I'll be right there when That happens! I Love @FlairHairSalon

Beautiful salon and great service! I've been looking for a new salon home and I've found it. I had Denell, she really listened to me and what I wanted. We even came up with a game plan to help bring my hair back to life. I can't wait to go back, I already have my next appointment scheduled. Lol

I am always pleased with my stylist Willis, as well as whatever style we decide to try. Flair Hair Salon always has a great atmosphere and the operators are always pleasant.
