Terrible customer service. Called and left a message with a sales rep to call me back as I was interested in doing business with their company. No return call. I left another message 2 days later. No return call. I called and spoke to the receptionist and asked if I had to deal with that sales rep as I haven't heard back from my messages. She advised me "yes, you have to deal with your assigned sales rep". Left another message and this time she called me back. We had a good conversation and I told her what I wanted. She said she would look into in and get back to me asap. She followed up with an email and I thought that was really professional. I changed my mind for a week and gave her the benefit of the doubt. That changed quickly as I did not hear back for exactly 7 days so I sent an email asking for her to follow up. Nothing. I sent one 2 days later asking her to respond and let me know. Nothing. The next day after that I called and spoke to her manager. I explained what I wanted and explained the situation with this sales rep not getting back to me. He assured me that he or she will find out if they could get what I need and he or she will call me back. 2 days later she called me back and told me it wasn't possible to get what I wanted. I asked her to check with the company again because they are the ones that sent me to Flannigans in the first place because they do in fact carry the line of product I needed. She said she would check again and get back to me asap. That was 1 month ago. Brutal.

This company hires dangerous truck drivers. Just had one tailgate me in heavy rain and then pass super close, forcing me over. I tried reading the license plate but his TAIL LIGHTS WERE OUT! Save a life, and buy elsewhere.

Do NOT deal with them. If you negotiate prices...they never ever stick to them. We have dealt with them a long long time - were forced to stop because they basically pushed us out since we were not paying until credits came in which took WEEKS AND WEEKS to be applied. CHECK YOUR PRICES ON EVERY INVOICE! they change weekly, they never enter credits...their departments do not talk to one another ... They are only there for their own interest and if you are a small business they honestly dont give a damn about you or actually sticking to their word ... I know running a business is stressful enough as it is without having this company taking advantage of your lack of time to check they dont charge whatever they want whenever they want...

Dana, Bill and team came through big time for Sunray Snacks by filling our after hours rush order. That's the kind of partnership we all need! Great job guys!
