Small business hard for transport truck but clean

When our order is placed we almost without a doubt have an order mix up with our foods. When we specifically asked for food to be brought before our lunch serving hour they constantly arrive right at the serving period. ( we are a group home for the mentally ill. When we send emails to head office to fix the issue its a constant waiting game and majority of the time we end up incurring the charges of the mistakes that have been made. Very hit or miss with Summit.
