I had the Bison Enchiladas with Verde sauce and She had the Muscles. We both washed it down with margaritas and finished off with Mike's special cheesecake. It was all wonderful. I highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.

I was really excited to try their vegan queso but it should be called anything but queso as it has no resemblance to any queso vegan or otherwise. Chips were cold, hard and not salted. The salsa was more like pics de gallo. No salsa at all. And you pay for chips and salsa here. Also, the rice and beans were flavorless. The cheese enchiladas were… I can’t even explain. The enchiladas sauce was not good. Cheese was lacking to be the main ingredient. I would not come here again for the food however the service and the atmosphere was great.

One of our favorite places. Pro tip: ask for the hot sauces. House margs are strong & delicious. Portions are big. We love this place, great service.

The food is delicious and the margaritas are the best and strongest in Louisville. Love both locations.

The BEST mussels in town and great Margaritas! The service, cleanliness, and ambiance is always good and I love the outdoor patio. One of my all-time favorite restaurants.

We were totally prepared to enjoy the food and our hunger was a motivator. However, the friendly server got my partner’s order wrong brought vegan chorizo instead of sautéed veg burrito. My partner is gracious and used to be a server, so she did not make a fuss nor demand the correct order. Just asked for a side of sautéed vegetables. What came out was not potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.. but a ramekin of warmed up pre frozen corn kernels with one piece of potato. To add insult to injury, we were charged not only for the incorrect entree but $4 for this Luke warm corn. The food otherwise was fairly tasty, but certainly not noteworthy and definitely not Mexican. My garlic forward fish was quite bland and barely tasted of garlic as promised by the menu. It just all seemed like a very Americanized version of Mexican classics. On a positive note, the cocktails were outstanding. Again, service was friendly but really the server should have fixed her error, rather than up charging. Left $80 poorer and not likely to return.

I have never written a review about a restaurant as I'm about about this one, I never had food as bad as when we ate here!! I literally had to push my boyfriend out of the booth because I was about to get sick!! I ordered the pork tacos dinner , I ate them even though it was the nastiest food I've ever tasted , figured since I ordered it can't waste money never again!! I literally had to run to the restroom because they made me sick !! And the rice was hard and the beans I didn't even try because they looked like they have been sitting there for days!! My step daughter ordered the fish tacos and sent them back and told them it was nasty and she just couldn't eat it , wishes I had . My boyfriend ordered the quesadillas and said they were so bland that they had no taste. We decided to go to ElMundos for celebration of my step daughters move in day as a freshman to Bellarmine. What a let down to a fantastic day I RECOMMEND TO NEVER EVER EAT THERE! I hate leaving this review but I just can't find not one single thing that was good about this place.

The food was okay good but very small portions for the price! I have received a much larger meal for the same price at nice Mexican restaurants. I ordered the quesadilla and it was tiny. Server did not bring water unless asked and did not check for refills. It is the first Mexican restaurant I have ever been in that did not serve free bowl chips and salsa!!! I was highly surprised since I had heard how good this place was.
