Visiting DC area 1&1/2 weeks from California. Stayed at Andrews AFB, nice. However day b/4 heading back needed oil change in our RV! Called Fleet M&R inc. Friendly lady answered & talked to guys inda back, b/4 i new it our little 25' RV was in at noon & done by 3pm! Traveling with my youngest son on a road trip and we experienced trouble while going thru Maryland. We were given a choice of 3 different shops to be towed to by our roadside assistance and after calling all 3, only Gary at Fleet Maintenance was helpful and went above and beyond. Because we had to wait almost 2.5 hrs for a tow, we ended up getting to his shop at 6 pm, an hour after they closed. He waited with his son for us, made sure that we had parking, and we were all set for the night. While we waited for the tow truck, he got all of my information, and what i thought was wrong and "pre-ordered" parts by my description over the phone. The next morning, we were greeted by his mom, who took all of our information and said that the parts were on their way. They opened at 8 am and we were brought into the shop by 8:40 and Gary started working right away. It took him only a couple of hours to replace all the hoses damaged by the broken belt and we were on a test drive by 11:15 am! After repairs, we found that the AC was not working because the pressure line was damaged by the belt shredding and breaking as well. A phone call to the Ford dealer in Baltimore (several hrs away) and the part was available and coming. It took longer for the dealer to get the AC line to us than it took Gary to remove and replace it. We are now in Williamsburg, Va and thank Gary and his entire family (mom, dad, son) for helping us thru this troubling time. They treated us as a true emergency, ordering parts before we were even towed there, and more importantly, treating us as "family". Thank you for all of your help! Picture is of my son building a Lego Camaro race car set inside the shop while we were waiting for the repairs to be completed. Sorry that he had to spend his birthday this way, but we made the best of it with the help of Gary and his family

Talked on the phone with owner and son. Made arrangements to bring a truck for repair and it repaired exactly how it was supposed to be. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Great guys, walked me through everything needed for my truck. Very fast service. If you own a business where your vehicles are your money makers take it to fleet maintenance to get you back on the road without missing a beat.... Thanks again guys.
