When I bought a "Whole Duck" it did not include the giblets.

Went in with a friend and found perfect dry-aged, bone-in strip steaks and house-made sausages. Good & friendly service too.

Simply put, amazing. Service is spot on, prices are fair and the meat is bar none some of the best I've had. Sorry no pictures but the establishment is top notch in every way. I think I may take a trip back this summer, even though it's a two hour drive from me.

Just went there for the first time, super friendly, knowledgeable and clean!! Love it and will be back!  Butchers are artists!
