Be sure to check your order carefully before you leave the store. We got home only to notice the weight of the meat was not what we ordered. Had to go back and exchange it for the correct weight. Opened it the next day to prepare and the new piece was not tied as we were told it would be. Could not return again as store was closed on Christmas. Called to make the manager aware of these issues and he didn't seem to care much. The meat was fine and the guys were helpful in offering baking tips. We'll be returning to Crisfield's.

The highest quality meats you can find within all of CT. Friendly staff, fair prices, and ethically sourced meats from local farms. You honestly can not get a better cut of any type of meat elsewhere. Bone in pork chops, dry-aged chopmeat, and house made smoked ham and pastrami are some of my goto choices.

I attended Fleisher's butchery class titled, Beef 101. It was a fantastic time. I learned quite a bit about what questions to ask when buying beef, about different cuts of beef, as well as tips that will help my cooking.

I pre ordered two center cut filet mignon for a holiday beef wellington. As I placed the order, it was clear the person taking the order didn't understand what I meant by center cut, so I carefully explained. What I received was end cut, folded and tied. Charging top dollar and delivering value to your customers requires a combination of product and service. Due to the poor service at Craft, I will only purchase from Greenwich Prime Meats.

The service and the meats are second to none. I have been to all of their locations, and they are all great!
