Flight Trampoline Park

This place was remodeled in the summer of 2022. It is now a trampoline focused, glorified "Little gym." A heavy focus on little kids and the trampoline space is about a third of what it use to be. If you want to really jump this is NOT the place for you. If you want your 4-8 year olds to burn some energy, not a bad spot.

I booked my daughters 11th birthday party there. My daughter and her friends had a blast. The facility post renovation is “out of this world”, no pun intended. The facility was clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. Our party his Bella was so helpful and always asked if we needed anything. This was my first time having a birthday party at a facility and would gladly have it with them Again. I highly recommend! FYI, the new attractions are fire!

The place is great ,big and maintained cold which was a plus , unlike the reviews I read before going the place is nice and clean we went in the afternoon and it was not busy and the kids had so much fun

Last time I was here, it was a giant trampoline park. Now it still has a few trampolines, but it's been completely renovated and includes so much more. The giant yellow slide is awesome, as are the bouncy area and shuttle. My 9-year-old had a blast.

I’m amending my review, which before was positive. We are currently attending their Jingle Jump. “Flight will be hosting our second annual Jingle Jump on Saturday, December 17th from 10am-12pm! Join us for a fun-filled morning that includes access to our attractions, holiday crafts and treats, a coloring station, and more!” There are no holiday crafts or treats-and I’m assuming the more is Christmas music? When asked where these pieces of Jingle Jump were, we were told that “Oh well there were bags with a couple candies and a white paper bag to color.” “Okay, where do we grab one?” “Oh, we only made 50, but sold over 125 tickets.” This is absolutely false advertising of an event and/or mismanagement. I am extremely disappointed and will reconsider visiting in the future. While that may seem an extreme response, I do not appreciate being lied to. I told my my kids what they could expect and come to find out it was just regular jump with Christmas music playing. I spoke to other parents at the event who were equally disappointed. I’ll leave 2 stars for overall cleanliness.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday. So well organized, staff were super friendly and communication was excellent. COVID protocols and social distancing are in place and respected at all times. Kids had so much fun! Highly recommend.

Great time. My son had a blast doing everything. But was a little intimidated by the slides. Would definitely recommend to for children 5+

Nice place and great fun for kids. Staff was a little slows but it did not ruin my son’s enjoyment.

I did not have a great experience to start and I gave 4 stars ONLY because of Ezra, he is and was amazining. I am not sure if he is the Manager or GM but he is a true model of what a Manager should be professional and very attentive. We started off not very happy as we wanted to get tickets to the Winter Bash when we went to purchase it gave an option for Friday and Saturday so that was confusing.... We purchased for Saturday thinking there would be face painting etc as it stated in the invite NOPE. I spoke with the young lady who was the GM as the Manager that came out to help act like she did not want to talk to me. Well the GM explained face painting and other things were extra but it did not state that in the invite. Anywho, she gave us glow sticks apologize to me and that was that!!!wow then I asked her why things were not open for the kids as it was very, very crowded she stated her staff rotates, well my 6 year old was not very happy about that. I waited 45 min for one slide it never opened. I came out and asked for a manager the same young lady came out and immediately went to get Ezra, wish I knew her name because her Customer Service skills are terrible she should not be in a Mgmnt roll if she does not want to deal with people or complaints. Ezra came to the RESCUE he was very professional I let him know I had waited 45 minutes as I was told your staff rotated each slide/area but 45 minutes? He immediately walk to the floor with me asked which area my daughter wanted to be at and had someone standing around that worked there get on it immediately, then instructed them after so many minutes to go to XYZ slide. He came over about 15minutes later to check on us! That is customer service no excuses or I'm sorr with nothing behind it. I live in Woodbridge we do not attend the SKYZone there because of the service and the area in general Flight Park was going to be added to the list. Just an FYI if something is an additional cost that should be noted in the email or on the website still not sure what we paid $35 for???...... Because of EZRA my friend and I left feeling like we were heard. It was a busy night but EZRA was on it and taking care of Customers with ease and a smile all night, he was very professional. If he is not the GM he should be!!!!!
