Pump It Up of Springfield

Took Granddaughter here for birthday party. She had fun. Will revisit soon to see how it really is when no party is in effect. Adults who through party said to me they expected more for the price. Said it was cheesy. Granddaughter had fun.

Very nice. The kids loved it.... We'll be back.

This place is nice to get the kids out and active but, the facility needs an upgrade. Some of the attractions do not work.

We had a party here today for 25 kids and it was beyond what I had expected. Kids had SUCH a blast... the bouncy houses, the glow room. Staff was helpful and attentive. Thank you again for making such a memorable birthday for us!

That's for having us. We All really enjoyed our time here. I believe Everyone slept very good that night, especially the adults. Lol Those Bounces, really give you a work out and they eat up your socks. Customer service was very patient with us. Thank you. The Pizza, was very good. Mmmmm!

I like the fact that you can bring your child here and burn off some energy. Great place for the kids. My only gripe is that service could have been a little better. Some of the staff looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Perhaps some customer service training or more enthusiastic staff might help!
