Old world meets modern day. Yet the food is top notch they need to step up and update menu. The lines could be down block if someone wasn’t holding back advancement
It is a very old historical restaurant. The decoration represents a fantastic ambiance. The staff were very nice and polite. They took really good care of us. I was there to have my dinner at around 8 pm. The dises were delicious. I loved the food and enjoyed the moment a lot. The wasroom and toilet facility is also very good. Everything was well organized, neat and clean. Very honest and professional services made this place even more special.
Phenomenal! Exceptional service from our host & server Allane Salim and hands down best French cuisine dinning in Paris. Tender buttery foie gras duck liver paté, delicious Normadie style oysters, crunchy yet tender salmon, and a crepe Suzette in glazed caramel was a perfect ending to this dinner.
The aesthetic is wonderful! Otherwise everything is unimpressive. Wine list indecent. Food, was marginally better than a soup kitchen no offense to soup kitchens, staff was good but severely understaffed. I only realised how depressed I was when I went to the nearby wine bar
My dinner was outstanding in every way. Having been told the place had gone downhill in recent days, I just wish I could have stood on the old Flo mountain top and looked down on the impeccable fois gras canard and superb choucroute that I enjoyed tonight. What were they serving back then? It must have been ambrosia. The service was lovely, witty, modern. The restaurant is a historical landmark. The cost very reasonable.
A top-notch classic French experience. Starched-shirt, white table clothes, fine wine, oysters kind of place. Food was excellent and service was polite, prompt, and well-meaning. Great steak tartar, exceptional traditional browned-onion soup, great bread.
We went here for after dinner drinks. We were well received and taken care of even with the late hour. We enjoyed our wines and cocktails. The service was personable. It was a nice experience in a beautiful traditional restaurant. As the staff has the right service spirit I think most people would enjoy their meals here.
Great experience, the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The wine was also great and cheap for the quality that you got. The food was also incredible and definitely worth a try. All in all a great experience and certainly a place I would come back to and a visit if ever in Paris.
Visited twice in one week for dinner and both times ordered from the menu Floderer prix fixe: starter, main, dessert, cocktail, 2 glasses of wine, coffee/tea. The food was quite good on the whole and the prices are not unreasonable. The service, however, is unacceptable. Both times it was all over the place. It went from indifferent to hurried to sloppy. To start, English speakers will likely be hurried to order. The first night we had a young man who refused to reply to us in French, despite everyone in our party speaking the language to him. The second night we had what appeared to be the head waiter, who couldn't have made it more obvious that we were taking up his time and that he was doing us a favour by letting us eat there. Cocktails and wine came out at the same time. Second glasses of wine were poured from a carafe. He spilled on a friend's phone but said nothing, plus the wine was not poured equally amongst our group. The espresso was cold and one of our party got the wrong dessert. A combination of a lot of small mistakes plus awful, condescending service. Cannot recommend.
Great place to dine. We had the most amazing French food at Brasserie Flo in Paris. Really great food and drinks. Everything was amazing ,the food was phenomenal and the staff very attentive . A must when in Paris.
