Flood Smart

My dishwasher flooded and had water all over my kitchen. Had them come out and was very happy with their services. They are very professionals, responsible, detailed oriented and excellent customer service since the first moment I contacted them.

John, Mitigation Specialist & Project Manager, bailed me out in July 2019 and September 2020. He was very responsive when he had many demands on his company's services; returned multiple times; and completed the jobs on time and at the A+ level. I would use him again and recommend his company to anyone with water/flood damage.

My basement flooded in the July 8 downpour. Flood Smart had someone over the to the house in less than an hour and had a full work crew in the basement in three hours. The team followed my instructions well and didn't exceed my intended scope of work. I hope I don't need them again, but I feel better I know where to go if I do.

My sump pump failed and there was water everywhere in my basement. Gabe came out and was very professional and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Great company!
