I coordinated a same-day order and tend to be a bit of a worrier. I called twice to ensure everything was set and on its way and verified the details for delivery. The employees provided great customer service - they were attentive, alleviated my worries, and made sure my needs were met. The bouquet was delivered in a timely manner and it was beautiful! The delivery was also very seamless- i received notice via text upon delivery, as well as a photo of the flowers, and a call notifying me of their arrival. I would absolutely recommend Floom to anyone and I will be using them going forward!

I have ordered flowers from Floom twice now and have been more than satisfied each time! Their partners are timely and arrange flowers beautifully, and there are a great number of choices from which to choose. I highly recommend!

Awful experience. Ordered a bunch of red roses which looked elegant and classy on the website, costing around £50. When they arrived, they first of all addressed the bouquet to the wrong recipient, ruining the entire sentiment of sending flowers and secondly the bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered. They were covered in gold glitter and came in a cheap and tacky lime green box. The roses did not look fresh and there was no foliage in the bouquet as shown on the pictures on the website. The cellophane looked a mess with glitter all over it. Emailed a complaint and called them 3 times to ask for compensation for which I had to fight for half my money back. Do not buy from Floom, seems like they are putting up generic pictures of bouquets and getting random suppliers to fulfil the orders haphazardly. They refused to give me a full refund and tried to say that the florist tried to make it 'special' by throwing in a free vase which was actually a jar with a sticker on the front Yazs Flower Gallery. What a joke. Definitely avoid at all costs. You can get better flowers from the supermarket at a fraction of the price.

We were sending flowers after visiting a relative - the process of choosing a bouquet and checking out was straightforward and easy. Even though some substitutes had to be made with the final products we were aware it might not look exactly like the picture, the result was gorgeous and we were very satisfied with the result.

Did an online order, the flowers arrived within the communicated time same day. The photo's were not exactly like the advertised photo but they were beautiful none-the-less and my wife loved the flowers which is what counts! Not cheap, but you pay for what you get - very high quality flowers.

Floom Boston - seamless. Beautiful flowers for my daughter’s birthday that were delivered timely with complicated instructions via a doorman. Top notch all the way around! I even had a question along the way and chat an agent, found them both responsive and knowledgeable!

I really like the concept of supporting local businesses and Floom provide a diverse range of partners, which cover a wide range of cost options too. This is the second time I have used Floom and on both occasions I have been impressed with the ease of ordering, choice, value for money and delivery. Both recipients loved their flowers too. I will go back to Floom for future deliveries too.
