My wife and I want to thank Steve and Donna for the help in getting a great crew to come in and install our new LVP flooring through Costco. The guys did an excellent job! They were professional and hard workers. It took only three days to do the entire house . There was an issue with our MB toilet after new LVP flooring was installed. When toilet was removed, it was set to original tile height and new flooring was short by 1/2” We noticed leakage and toilet was wobbly. We contacted Donna the owner of Floor Decor and she ordered porcelain planks that closely matched LVP as the rest of the house for toilet area to accommodate toilet flange. Problem is now solved. Never again. We hired them through Costco because we wanted Shaw carpet. The sales rep who came to our home was professional. Then we called Sunday to get more information the week of the job and someone would pick up and hang up the phone, over and over again. We were not pleased. We called the sales rep who helped us. The job started going well until one worker used our guest restroom without telling us, a bathroom that isn’t in use because the toilet isn’t secure. We got them to use the correct toilet. Then another worker stopped working, called his Primo and started cursing on the phone about some girl Melissa while smoking a cigarette on my front lawn. My husband who works from home called me while I was at work telling me to handle it as he didn’t have time to tell them to get back to work. I called Donna and was upset because he called me while I was working, and Donna laughed, thinking this was very funny. The last straw was finding my red bridesmaid dress from my best friends wedding in my bathroom sink. We had them carpet the closet but at least they could have put it back. The carpet though is absolutely divine; soft and perfect. Super stylish. We had just bought this house and it needs a lot of cosmetic work. We were hoping to continue using their business to renovate the entire house but that isn’t going to be happening.

We are extremely happy with our flooring! Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with our numerous questions and we appreciated his honesty. He is GREAT and easy to work with! Hector and his team did an EXCELLENT job installing our beautiful flooring! I would not hesitate to recommend Floor Decor!

I just had two of my bathroom floors torn out and redone in tile. Dave and his installation crew were great. They were professional, arrived on time, kept areas clean, worked hard all day, and did an absolutely beautiful job. I would highly recommend Floor Decor.

After experiencing water damage to my floors I shopped several flooring businesses and luckily came across Floor Decor. Sam, was a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer even the dumbest questions. Sam, worked around our schedule and gave us a great price for a fantastic final product. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Sam and crew, you guys are truly lifesavers.

The company was referred to me through my insurance and offered an excellent price on an additional bathroom to be floored. When the installers came they did not have all the necessary tools. I had to provide them with a plastic bag for the toilet removal, a mat so they did not dirty the carpet, a towel that was asked for and I provided for them and in addition used one of my personal towels without asking me and attempted to return it to me out of the toilet. Also, I had to clean up behind them. When I called to inform them about the performance of the installers, I was met with "They will be spoken with". So either hide your towels or remind them to have workers to bring one and be prepared to clean up after them, as well.

Outstanding from start to finish. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and spent time going over the products so we could make the choice best suited to our home and lifestyle. It was a small job but that did not matter. We chose a waterproof laminate because of our pets and the flooring actually has exceeded our expectations! We will definitely use this company for our future flooring needs!

I'm a contractor 25 years the lady yelled at me over the phone.. All I asked is if thinset they sold me was able to be applied on their decorative tile over hardybacker type 1 D1TE. In 25 years I never been yelled at for asking a simple question?? I mean a yell as if I were her husband from a broken marriage??? Im a passive person... Thought I should write my review..

Found the floor I wanted at a good price. Paid just under $1500 for 37 boxed. My contractor installed the floor a week later and found that one of the boxes was damaged. Looks like it was hit with a forklift. I came back to see if I could get the 5 damaged pieces replaced, but they refused to replace because I had to return broken pieces within "48 hours". I guess I had to inspect a ton of material piece by piece with two days of purchase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FRONT DESK. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR MATERIAL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER PLACED IN THIS AREA. Yes, FLOOR DECOR in Upland. See pic of invoice
