Interiors Plus

When I moved into my home in Claremont I had Interiors Plus install vertical blinds and was very pleased with the product and the completed project. So, when I moved to Long Beach, I contacted them again and had three sets of vertical blinds installed. What I didn't realize at the time was that Steve, who did the work in my home in Claremont, was truly a caring craftsman, but the man they sent to Long Beach was sorrowfully not. Shortly after the blinds were installed, some, 13+ years ago, there was a problem with one set of blinds. When I called about this, I was told that they would not send an employee that far to do an adjustment. The problem was not huge so I let it go. The problem became more pronounced over the years, but I lived with it by leaving the blinds closed. Now that I am moving, I addressed the adjustment issue and found out that the set of blinds was improperly installed, with extra holes in the drywall and no molly used to anchor the screws. This has become a major issue for me, to the point that I am writing this review to warn customers off of this company.

This guys have done an amazing job for us. We're on our second home remodel. They have done tile, carpet, laminate, bathroom remodels...the list keeps going. We enjoy working with them and feel the price is fair.
