Floorscape went above and beyond all expectations. The quality of work is impeccable. Through out the whole process Collin and his team were very pleasant, helping were always curious of our time. They never left a mess. We will use Floorscape a for all our future home remodeling.
We recently had Floorscapes replace carpeting in our great room and dining area with vinyl plank and were very pleased with the results. The crew that did the final installation work did an excellent job. They were professional, thorough, meticulous and polite. They made significant repairs to the underlying cement slab that resulted in a noticeably more level floor, and installed the new planks without leaving a single scratch. The end result is just beautiful. We also appreciated their help in moving some large pieces of furniture. Nathan our sales rep communicated with us throughout the process and responded quickly to our questions. We really appreciate that he followed up on some initial installation issues and Floorscapes stood behind their work and got everything 100% to our satisfaction and probably a bit beyond, to meet THEIR standards. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone undertaking their own flooring projects.
I am SO happy with my "pebble pathway" and carpet from FLOORSCAPES! From my first visit to their wonderful store with all the stone and tile samples and carpet room, I was enchanted. Joseline was so helpful and patient with me as I designed and selected materials. There were a few glitches, but all was made well. The installers for both the tile and carpet are artists! With all the curves, and my wish that the 'path' not be a 'trimmed lawn' look, I'm sure it was not an easy job, and yet it was done quickly and perfectly! I absolutely LOVE my floors!!! Thank you, Joseline, Al, Elec, Abraham, Chris, and Jesus!!!!
Awesome service. Completed work ahead of time. Quality professional work. Would highly recommend. Joselyn was instrumental in helping me pick out my floor. She was great to work with.
I had some bedroom carpet redone. The price was fair and the salesman helped work me through the process. I had to delay multiple times due to waiting on a tile install and I never felt pressured. As soon as I was ready, the carpet went in a few days later. The installers were friendly, professional, and clean.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had a mixture of carpet, tile, and laminate removed downstairs and replaced with tile for a cohesive feel. We also had the carpet replaced upstairs. Joe was awesome to work with when selecting our tile. He made sure we got something we loved that was within our budget. We got to take various tile samples home to see how they looked in each room. The installers were super courteous and respectful. They showed up on time every day and made sure to clean up each day. They did a stellar job laying the stagger joint pattern on the tile we chose and we are soooooo happy with the final result! The new carpet is very plush and looks great too. They also added new baseboards after the tile was installed and did a beautiful job. It took them one week to remove the old flooring and install the tile, and an additional day to do the carpet. When you have people in and out of your home, you want to feel you can trust them and we definitely felt the installers were trustworthy.
We replaced all of the flooring on our main level with three different products. It looked like we might have to hire a general contractor to put the pieces together. Our desire was to have one company do it all, but we weren't finding all three products at the same place. Floorscapes had great reviews and we knew at least three other friends who had used them. Mickey worked with us to get the LVT of our choice, which was through one of their suppliers but not in their normal selection. The tile was easy since they had both options we were interested in. It was the wood that was our main difficulty. After much looking and research, we had chosen a wood that Floorscapes did not have, at least in the store -- Brazilian Teak Cumaru. Mickey found an option for us through a supplier in Albuquerque Choices and we were able to go to their shop to see what options they offered. We were pleased to find that we could get our desired product and get it from a US company Novawood and have Floorscapes do the complete installation. Our installation crew of 3-4 C & E spent about 3 weeks putting it in and the results are beautiful! Their attention to the details made us very confident in their skills, especially since they were primarily working with an unfamiliar wood that has some serious hardness. They thoroughly cleaned up each evening both inside and out. The entire project went so well and we are quite happy with the results.
Fantastic selection for flooring, back splash, and tile selection. We have used them 3 times over many years. Highly recommend. Great customer and installation.
Mickey and Jason helped me and showed me blinds as well as let me take a sample away to ensure it is a good match in our home. Very nice people and an elegant showroom. I recommend visiting Floorscapes for your home remodeling needs.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and results. We had 5 rooms and a hallway that needed carpet - a total of 1029 sq ft according to their measurement. We chose their top-of-the-line carpet that they buy in bulk so they can pass on savings to us, along with the premium pad which extends the warranty to 35 years. There was a couple of times in the initial planning, meausuring & quote giving stage that I had to follow-up because I didn't hear from anyone, but when I did they were responsive. The work crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves well. I have an HDMI cable that stetches across about 10 ft. of floor from my computer desk to our TV, and I was impressed with the careful way the installer cut a narrow groove just wide enough for the cable, so that the cable wouldn't make a lump under the carpet. The only thing they wanted to do where I had to stand my ground and say "no" even though they tried to talk me into it had to do with moving my large entertainment center into the middle of my kitchen, where I wouldn't have had access to anything in my kitchen for a large chunk of the day it is very heavy and they didn't want to have to move it outside. We had piled many boxes of stuff we had to remove from shelves and off of the floor in the dining alcove after moving our table outside and stacking our chairs and I had left myself a card table and one chair squeezed in where I could sit and do stuff on my computer while they worked in the rest of the house - also leaving the space free to access all the appliances, cupboards, counters and sink. As I said, they were pressuring me to let them fill that space with the entertainment center. They eventually got it moved outside. Six weeks later, everything is still looking good! Cost: $4,246.50
