This is a fraud place that confirmed the price upon entry but charged double the price at exit. The staff yelled, shouted and pointed at customers. Horrible please and nasty human being. Avoid!
Avoid this parking and ICON parking in general. We always use Spot Hero to book and prepay parking and we noticed that each time we book an ICON parking we have issues. They don’t recognize your spot Hero booking and make issues. We had that again today. Decision made: last time we book an ICON parking. Avoid like the plague.
Found a scratch on my car that wasnt there before. Guy gave me some made up parking math to explain that it's not possible lol. Not worth arguing since theres no win in these situations. Park somewhere
As with all parking in the city it’s very pricey. They are not careful with the cars. Check your vehicle before leaving this place!
