Floral Affairs

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email. Only to then receive an email after the day of delivery that they could not fill my order. They gave no reason and it was to late to arrange same day delivery with another company to have flowers delivered on the day I wanted.

When a business states it is open, one would expect they would offer service. I drove from north central MA to Greenfield and needed a bouquet of flowers for a house warming gift. When I entered the business I was told they were too busy with weddings to provide me with a simple bouquet. I planned my trip specifically to this establishment for a gift and was greatly inconvenienced by having to find another florist in the area. Sigda florists were friendly, polite and extremely accommodating. I was able to deliver my gift, no thanks to Floral Affairs. I recommend this establishment review their customer policy. I was extremely unhappy!

I have bought flowers from Floral Affairs many times over the past several years. They always do a great job and my wife always says how impressed she is with the quality of the flowers and the arrangements. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
