Floraltology

I’m from S.Philly but recently moved to Seattle and was searching for something nice for my grandma and mom for lunar New year. I was specifically looking for a Minority-owned business and found Floraltology, a Vietnamese-owned business, who literally went above and beyond for my recent purchase. I reached out to them via instagram, told them what I was looking for and they immediately responded with sample designs, which was super helpful for me to make my selection. I wanted to add personal messages to my orders but was not fluent in Vietnamese and they even call me to asked if they could make appropriate corrections as needed. Because it was Lunar New Year, I wanted to add lucky money in the red envelopes and they literally added fresh bills to the orders, which was very appreciated. The whole process was easy and the delivery was speedy and on time! Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family and will be using their services again! My grandma and mom loved their arrangements and was very happy overall.

Floraltology provided a beautiful cascading bouquet, 5 smaller matching bridesmaids' bouquets, 6 groomsmen's boutonnières, a sweetheart table centerpiece, and 2 garlands for our wedding. The flower types and colors were exactly what we were looking for, were arranged beautifully, and very reasonably priced. This family-run business brother and sister duo not only excels at floral arrangements but also provides excellent customer service. Ngoc paid close attention during our phone call when we discussed the types of flowers, colors, and arrangement we wanted. She was very responsive to emails and texts making sure to answer all our questions and provide us with any information that we requested. In addition, her brother, Thi, not only delivered the flowers for a very low cost but also pinned the boutonnières on the groomsmen. That is the type of excellent customer service you don't often see anymore. We will definitely recommend Floraltology to all our friends and family and will use their services again the next time we need floral arrangements!!!

I was tasked with getting flowers for a baby shower at the last minute. I walked over and wasnt able to carry all o had bought. One of the workers walked me home with the flowers. Now that is customer service , above and beyond!

Beautiful floral arrangements. A Ceramic piece caught my eye to purchase as the owner made a beautiful fresh floral arrangement for it. Many compliments.

I wanted to get my sister some flowers but being from out of town, I didn’t know where to go. I came upon this flower shop. The owner was wonderful and she did that extra, that makes you want to come back. She not only added some flowers to my arrangement and wrapped them so beautifully but she also brought me out a sweet treat!! All that is going on in this world, it feels good to know people still give class service!!

The woman who helped me on the phone was wonderful. I had no idea what I was doing. She explained to me what type of package was best for funerals depending on the arrangements and it wasn't about selling me the most expensive package. She even helped me with the color choices. The flowers were gorgeous. We were able to take apart the spray and baskets to make small vases so that family could take home the flowers. The yellow flowers held on for a month.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is as stressful as it sounds, but Floraltology made the process smooth and enjoyable! It was easy to communicate with them, as they were only a text away. They were very thorough and detail oriented. I was not well versed in knowing what I needed to plan a beautiful ceremony, but they were so helpful in offering their advice and expertise. Not only that, but they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and flexibility. The day before the wedding, during the rehearsal, we realized that we urgently needed another centerpiece. We reached out to Floraltology and it was set up well before the ceremony took place! Floraltology was also very accommodating; they were able to deliver the bouquets to our hotel early in the morning despite also coming to our church to finish setting up. In regards to the flower arrangements, we cannot say enough to how beautiful they were. In particular, the flower arch literally looked like it came out a fairy tale. Our family and friends could not stop complimenting and raving about it! We are just so thankful to Floraltology for bringing our dream wedding to life.

Floraltology is hands down the best in the business! I was so blessed and honored to have a Ngoc and Ti design the flower arrangements for my wedding last year in November. I look back at pictures and I’m still blown away by their exquisite work. They are also the sweetest brother and sister team who were so easy to talk to and work with. I will continue to use Floraltology for future events I may have! I HIGHLY recommend with 5 stars!
