Three words...Butterbeer Soft Serve! I think it’s one of those things you just have to try and quite frankly I didn’t even look at the other flavors! Delicious! If I could hang out here all day sampling ice cream, I would...no questions ask.

Some of the best ice cream I've had ANYWHERE! My personal favorite is the strawberry peanut butter ice cream with chopped nuts and chocolate chips in a waffle cone. It is absolutely worth the money and the wait in line for the ice cream here.

Came here yesterday for the Harry Potter celebration and decided to finally try this place out after being at universal numerous times. Every time I've gone, I would see people come out of this place with delicious looking ice cream. My friends and I went in and were surprised at how inexpensive the ice cream here was. It's from $10 and less. My friend went with the chocolate ice cup and I went with the lavender and salted caramel ice creams cone. It was delicious

I had the chocolate raspberry hard ice cream (my favorite taste combination) on a waffle cone and it was excellent. This is the first ice cream I’ve had on this trip to the amusement parks in Orlando and it was worth the $7. 😍

I have been dreaming of a scoop from Florean Fortescue's since I was a little girl and I gotta say, I was horribly disappointed. The first i tried, mint chocolate, tasted like cold chocolate toothpaste...it was so bad that I asked for a swap, which they obliged. So I tried the strawberry next and seriously, where are you getting these flavors?? Because they are not found in nature. They have a horrible, cheap chemical taste and for $9 a cone I expected better, Universal!
