Florence Prison Complex

I brought my family here for an overnight stay on our way from Oklahoma to Tombstone. Not the friendliest staff and all the guest looked angry but color coordinated nonetheless. The gift shop was closed but the basketball courts were lively and reminiscent of Venice Beach but not really. An overall traumatic experience but not bad.

Sub-standard amenities...no wifi, room service or valet service. Food is starchy and generally poor quality. Very noisy at night...screams, moans and the occasional gunfire made it hard to sleep. Lumpy mattress and the pillow should be used as a dog bed. Staff is indifferent to complaints. Stay out of here.

This place is like a jail. No hot tub or heated shoe drawers. Room service had poor chicken cordon bleu sauce. I would stick with the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton.
