I had a picked scheduled for 10/27/17 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm I left specific instructions during scheduling that I was on the second floor They had me wait from 9-1 and nobody showed up which totally threw my schedule out of sink. Don't let them fool you by saying no one will come to the second floor for donations because that's not true! I was left hiring someone to remove the donations. They are unorganized and unreliable to do use this organization for your donations. I was not given the pick-up instructions until 7:30 pm the night before hardly enough time to plan.

If I could give Zero Stars I would do that. These people are rude, and very shady. I am seriously suspect of this group and if they are doing charity at all
