I began my career at Florida Capital Realty and it has been an amazing experience. The broker and the entire staff are always available for questions and advice. They have been a huge asset in my career and are constantly motivating the agents to move forward. They have very informative trainings on a regular basis. I highly recommend it for a new agent or seasoned one.

Terrible, unprofessional and sloppy. Workers aren’t properly trained or have the ability to make rational decisions.
