Drivers come around the front of the building to get on the dock. Staff is very friendly and they unloaded the trailer very fast.

Always have had excellent service for myself and my customers. People dont realize this is not a retail store and clients need appointments to meet with the decorators. This is not Home Depot and they do not want walkins. My clients are always happy with the customer service they receive.

I visited Florida Tile to get ideas for remodeling a guest bath. I was looking specifically for flooring. I was the only person in the store besides the salesperson. She showed me a couple tiles and that was about it. Never asked my name or took my information. Not impressed

Like the other customer said, this isn’t Lowe’s or Home Depot. Stan, Christian, Carlos and Jay are excellent. Darcy and Emily are very helpful. They helped me tile the entire house. The warehouse guys are new but will help you anyway you can. Best tile store in Charlotte.

Attention drivers bad place to delivery

Met with Darcee and she was excellent! We spent about two hours with her and even left with samples. She completely designed the bathroom and made excellent suggestions. Left more than pleased. Highly recommend Darcee. Make an appointment first.
