Went to find a backsplash tile to match new bath granite. Eddy Giordano, our sales associate, clearly knew his stuff and was outstanding in helping us find the right material, style and color. Couldn't be more pleased. Yes, their selection is great, and yes, the showcase areas bring different tiles to life, but Eddy's 1:1 help really made the experience stand out. Thank you, Eddy.

Customer service was great when helping out with product choices. Very upset with their return policy. Paid over 4,000 dollars for tile to renovate my bathroom and the project took longer than expected due to pulling contracts and they won’t let me return it after the 90 day mark. So now I’m stuck with 4 boxes of extra tile.. pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Won’t be buying tile for my renovations in the future.

I can only offer the highest recommendation for The Tile Shop. They respected my budget and had the style and know how to help me choose my back splash and it turned out spectacular! The turnaround time was fast and when I made a measuring mistake I did my own install and need two more tiles, they made it happen. Even picking up was pleasant in the warehouse in back. Very nice service. Thanks and I'll be back.

My husband and I visited the Tile Shop today to look at potential tile options for our bathroom remodel. We were greeted by an employee who asked if we needed anything. My husband is an electrician who just got off from work and was still in his work clothes with a days worth or grime from a hard days labor. The store clerk, rather than asking us what kind of style we were looking for or assisting us in finding the proper color scheme, looked my husband up and down. He paused after assessing my husbands appearance, stared at him, and scoffed as he walked away leaving us to wander alone in the store without direction. We looked around and promptly left after feeing judged and looked down upon for being blue collar workers. They had a wide selection of beautiful tile but absolutely have lost our business due to the judgmental and derogatory nature of the employee we interacted with.

I love the tile shop ... but today it did not work out for us. We were looking for a plain white 3" x 12" tile. But no success. Lots of sizes, but no 3 x 12. So we had to go to Home Depot.

We ordered our kitchen backsplash tile here a couple of years ago. When we decided to add a wet bar in the kitchen, I called to order some more only to find out the original tile had been discontinued. Mike went above and beyond to track down enough pieces from other stores around the country to get the job done.

I've done business with these folks for years. Staff has always been great, their showroom is very well laid out and easy to navigate. They won't always be the lowest price but have product options that cover the gambit.

We worked with Julie on a new bathroom for an addition to our home. She was terrific helping us to find the perfect marble for our shower. When the store didn’t have enough pieces of the marble we selected, she found additional pieces from two other Tile Shop locations to complete our order. She helped us select shower floor tile that worked well with the marble and even helped us choose the right shade of grout. The store had great choices. We couldn’t have been happier and have gotten lots of compliments on the marble and floor tile in our new bathroom.

They have a large selection of tiles in many different styles. The showcases are all very impressive. You do not realize just how big the place is until you get inside. The staff was very friendly and professional. The selection is so large that we felt a little overwhelmed. Fortunately, the staff was very accessible. On a side note, if you drive into the store from Nations Ford, the first parking lot that you will come to is actually the loading area. Continue around the building for the front entrance. Good luck!
