Since 1973, American Products, Inc. (Ampro) has been a consistent and continuing presence in the hardwood flooring industry. During this time, we have met the challenges and demands of this changing market.

Ampro’s mission from our beginning has been to bring the best products and services to customers at competitive prices. We make available the most current technology in the installation of hardwood flooring, the latest in floor sanding equipment and a superior selection of floor finishes and maintenance products. Our fully trained customer service and machine repair departments are always ready to answer questions.

Currently, American Products (Ampro) has 5 locations and an e-commerce site. We are a member of the NWFA.

Had luxury vinyl bought from here installed in my house. It keeps separating on the ends and down the sides. Am pro nor the manufacturer will stand behind their product.
Ordered a small hand replacement pad. Didn't even show shipping charge until after you placed your order. Well, shocked to see they charged 25.00 for a 4.00 item? Received the pad yesterday not like it was a bulky package it was placed in thick mail envelope that could have been sent through USPS for 8.00 instead of Fedex ? Will never purchase from again. Highway robbery.
Went to pick up some materials and the "manager" was not polite at all. Once I arrived he was not interested on helping me. The guy sitting next to him was not interested on helping either. If they were busy I would have understood but they were clearly just hanging out. Maybe it was because I showed up right at lunch time. At the end they found my order after making a coupe of phone calls to figure out what I needed. At the end I was very surprised that the young lady operating the forklift was the friendliest person I interacted with. She loaded my order with the best attitude and was very kind. Kudos to that lady, she needs to be at the customer service desk instead of the two guys just hanging out at front.

Ordered a floor sander and it was such garbage I couldn't even sand the floor for 1 job. Contacted customer support with no response. Company is garbage...
I have had a problem with my floors since they were installed 2 yrs ago. I have been trying to get it resolved ever since and the wood supplier and installers blame each other or my house. American Products finally hired a wood expert to come out and do an inspection 4 weeks ago and now won't return my calls to give me the results and solution to the problem which leads me to believe it is their problem and they don't won't to deal with it.
We have been ordering various office and bathroom products here for years. Everything is delivered in a timely matter and saves us a lot of hassle and time.
Great place, staff always friendly & helpful, long drive from where I am, but I still love it
Everything you need for flooring
Been going there for over 20 years..no problems at all real good people
