Very first time walking into an Herbal place & I loved it. It was a great experience and I found just about all the herbs I was looking for plus additional. An issue I did run into though was as I walked in I wasn't greeted to feel the welcome into the establishment. I presented my energy by greeting everyone there an then I received the responses. The four Stars is based solely on the overall experience that I had at the Shop. Customer Service isn't extended to everyone that walks into the Shop such as myself nor my Queen whom I walked in with. That's a problem that has to be fixed. Overall, Great store

I had a great experience in this store. The ladies were so welcoming and understanding of my needs. Although I am a newbie with it all, they were very accommodating. I bought some herbs and tinctures that I cannot wait to incorporate in my lifestyle.

Edit to my previous 5 Star review: I’ve been back to this amazing store many times and I’ve never been disappointed. Always left with wonderful products and excellent advice. One thing that is noteworthy, the team here doesn’t push anything on you and they’ll give you advice on how to make things yourself using their ingredients if money is tight. I cant tell you how much I appreciate it.

EV's OG store. They have been around for decades, and I am so delighted to see them continue to thrive. This is my go to store for herbs, essential oil and resins. You will feel like you have time traveled when you enter this shop. I often think of "The Mistress of Spices" by Chitra Banerjee when I am in this earthy space. Their knowledgeable attendants will help you navigate through their huge collection of herbs, essential oil, resins etc. Please do yourself a favor and visit this shop. You will not regret it.

I left feeling accomplished!! They were so welcoming, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The icing on the cake was the aromatic and earthy vibration and their very extensive collection of herbs, flowers, essential oils, custom tinctures, handmade soaps and so much more. I walked off of the new york streets into this cozy herbal haven and I can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for making a new experience run as smoothly as possible.

Everyone was extremely helpful. A gentleman working even contacted his boss to help us find the best herbs needed to treat epilepsy. We stocked up on a great assortment of herbs. We will definitely be revisiting very soon. 100% satisfied with their service and variety.

my most favourite place on earth. everyone there is beyond welcoming, loving, knowledgable. they are incredibly experienced in their field, but never judge you for the place in herbal learning you are at. some of the teas and tinctures they have recommended to me have been SO helpful, not to mention that their lip balms and soaps and perfumes are the prettiest lil things. go to flower power!!! now!!!!!

I have visited this store twice. The first time before Covid restrictions and the second today 8/29/2020. I LOVE this store. It’s more than just a store, it’s a GEM. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of herbs and oils is superior to any other specialty stores I have found in the city. This place is a definite go-to if you want quality products from CBD oils to incense to teas and MUCH more. I will always highly recommend.

Increasingly, I have had problems with management. My phone calls are not returned, neither are my texts. Because of Flower Power, my reputation has been tarnished FOR NO REASON. I will not return to this store nor purchase any items from them. Very very disappointed!

Went into the store today after having browsed by their Essex market stand. I will admit I was a bit shy but that quickly changed once I felt the energy in the shop. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the option of herbs lined up on the wall. It was a great experience overall. I went in with something particular in mind and left with a whole lot more. I ain’t mad about that either : keep up the amazingness flower power!
