continuing a family tradition begun by his own father and the founding
of the shop 52 years ago. Flowers by Philip combines the elegance
and style of Upper East Side with the customer service and
friendliness of your trusted neighborhood florist. The shop is one
of New York City's premier florists, having been featured in
The New York Times and New York Magazine. They take great pride
in their Upper East Side neighborhood and relish the community of
clients and friends they've developed over the years. Flowers by

from seasonal to exotic.They hand select each and every flower they
sell to create original and unique arrangements whether for a special
