Stopped in to look at plants and asked the man working if he could tell me if a couple plants I was interested were pet safe. He told me to Google it myself. Once I got the names out of him , I left. Went from a potential customer to definitely never buying from here.

Amazing service and quality of work. My girlfriend was thrilled and it really picked her up after a tough few days. I've never seen so many emojis. really appreciated the phone call to get the details right. The delivery was same day and earlier than expected. Oh...and the prices are extremely competitive and I found to be of more value than 3-4 other sites that I checked. Thank you!

This is the second time I've used citywide to send flowers to friends. Of course I haven't seen the flowers but my friends were delighted. Also important to me is that the flowers were delivered in the time frame I requested. Will definitely use them again

$140 for 12 peonies that very quickly died. Never bloomed. Don’t waste your time or money on the over priced, awful flowers here. Owner was not accommodating when complaint was made.

I have purchased two plants from here and both times I’ve enjoyed speaking with the owner about the light and water needed for them. So far both plans have successfully grown! While I was in here yesterday a young girl was with her family interested in a mini succulent. The owner offered it to her for free when she asked how much. Things are tough now for business I’d imagine but the owner still found kindness amidst all of this. Highly recommend this plant shop!

My wife and I went there to purchase a plant as a gift for my sister. We were shown an assortment of plants and were very pleased with the one we selected.

Honestly I don’t even know where to begin. I walk to the store wanting to buy a plant, the first question I asked the owner who were standing outside of his store was what type of plant is this? He answered my question without even looking at the plant that I was pointing out that was on the side of the store. And when I asked him to come take a look at it he’s side, rolled his eyes, and after seeing it, told me the name of another. When I tried to go inside of the store, he was standing right in front of the door and I asked him if I could go inside, and he said one more time and let me in. He asked me how he can help me in a very rude manner, and I told him that I was just looking. After looking at the variety for about five minutes, I tried to make conversation and he responded “what does it matter? If you want to buy a friend I will help and that’s it.” I understand that it’s completely normal for people to not want to engage in conversation, but to act so rudely while I was being very polite was just uncalled for. I then proceeded to ask him why he was Talking disrespectfully to me, and he answered saying that it’s because he thinks I’m not going to buy any plants. Perhaps because I’m wearing gym shorts and a hoodie and don’t look like a “plant dad”? I’m not sure why but he proceeded to mention that he didn’t think I’d buy something from the beginning. This is the first review I have ever written, and I am not typically the one to do so, especially negative one. However I do believe that customer should be treated respectfully, especially if you were doing with a business that often endorses questioning. There is a plant shop about .2 miles away from this place, And that’s where I will be getting anything that I need. Please never buy from the store, it was a saddening experience. I even have a video of him cursing me out which I can’t post on here, so if you’re interested let me know :
