Stumbled upon this cafe by chance and immediately fell in love! The staff is so friendly and making my coffee so quickly. Great variety of pastries. Nice ambient with refreshing vibe as a result of flowers and candles. Free wifi and a lot of seats for work or reading. Would def go back!
I’m happy to say Flowers on the Park raises the bar for what to expect for an arrangement on the upper west side. I had the pleasure of working with Avi on an arrangement. I don’t know if it’s the lighting or the marble everywhere but I’ve never seen such vibrant flowers. Everything in the store is immaculate. Can’t wait until the cafe opens! You have to see it for your self and I know I will again soon. Thank you flowers on the park!
I reached out to Avi for a last-minute arrangement for two retirement celebrations. He did an amazing job creating two beautiful arrangements for our staff and going above and beyond to make sure we were able to pick them up in time. Thank you!
Very cute plants and coffeeshop in upper west side . They serve colombe coffee. I got the vanilla lavender latte with oat milk they ran out of Oatly so were serving plant oat. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. Prices for the plants seems to be little high comparing to other stores on the city.
Flowers on the Park is amazing and Avi is the best! We needed flowers to give to our daughter for her college graduation. At his recommendation, we chose the dozen long-stemmed roses bouquet, added 6 more roses to the arrangement and had the upgraded vase lined with a leaf ~ it was truly stunning!! They used the freshest, high quality flowers and had them delivered to our hotel on time. Our daughter loved her arrangement!! UPDATE: We just sent "Autumn Sunshine" to our daughter, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! Excellent customer service too as the delivery date had to be changed due to her working remotely. So glad we found a florist in NYC that uses the most beautiful flowers and is very accommodating!
This really should have been a 5* review! We ordered an arrangement of 12 long stem roses on the web. The flowers were delivered on the correct day and the arrangement was gorgeous the recipient sent us a picture. The problem was that the arrangement contained only 8 roses not 12. We contacted the florist early next morning, explained the situation and sent them the picture. Their initial response was “this is very unusual, perhaps someone removed the flowers from the arrangement”. Nonetheless they agreed to check with owner/manager. Throughout the day by multiple phone calls kept us abreast of the progression towards a resolution. The final phone call reported that they will make amends no mention of how or what. We heard from the recipient that they received some flowers no arrangement, no note, no explanation. We had expected a reputable florist to send either a replacement arrangement or at least a note of explanation. Sadly now it is 3* and not 5.
The flowers are always super fresh. The florist is very generous is selecting many flowers of different types and thinks like an artist rather than worrying about the store's profit.Even the formal arrangements have a natural look. Ordering online is simple and the flowers always arrive on time. A real treasure!
The recipient was very pleased and sent me a photo of the arrangement, which was gorgeous and included many more expensive flowers than I expected for the price. Customer service was also excellent. When I called with a concern about the delivery, the owner called me back within minutes with a complete and detailed update. In short, my experience could not have been better. Thank you, Flowers On The Park!
Great coffee, VERY shady pricing. This place is beautiful, and their specialty coffee drinks are head and shoulders above other neighborhood coffee shops. But their pricing is underhanded and sneaky. As you order, there's a price list for their monthly specialty coffee drinks on the counter. They're not cheap—say, $5.75 for a brown butter toffee latte, compared to $5.00 for a regular latte. But still, as I said, they're good. Be aware that that's NOT the price you'll pay. They'll ring you up for the brown butter toffee latte at $5.75, and then they'll add extra for the syrups they're about to put in, to turn a regular latte into a brown butter toffee latte. In other words, instead of starting at the base latte price and building up the specialty drink, or just pricing the specialty drink as a single cohesive whole, they start AT THE BASE PRICE of the specialty drink and then RE-build it in the register. If this happened once, I'd chalk it up to operator error. But it happens every single time. It's a disrespectful policy, and they're just hoping you don't notice. If you DO notice, the people staffing the register give you so much resistance, hoping that you'll just give up. Really makes the experience unpleasant.
Wish I can give this 10-star! This is my new go -to flower shop for delivery in Manhattan. The flowers I sent were receive on time, gorgeous and fresh arrangement . I'm sure will go back to buy there again!
