I had a great experience with Floyd & Glenn's. After taking my car to the Subaru dealership to be quoted for repairs, I reached out to Floyd & Glenn's and they did the same repairs for about half the cost! They also had a loaner car available for the two days my car was with them which was very convenient. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely refer friends and family to them.

I've use Floyd & Glenn's infrequently over the years and never had a problem. However, I was extremely disappointed this last time. My issue isn't with the quality of service, but not being informed. I had called ahead to request a rough estimate to have brake pads replaced, which was around $160. Nothing was mentioned about the rotors. I brought my car in to have the brake pads replaced and again nothing was mentioned about rotors. I go back to pick up my car and was informed after the fact that my rotors were replaced and the cost was $486, which completely messed me up financially. I called and was told that it's standard procedure and that it's assumed people know they need the rotors replaced with the brake pads. This isn't a good practice to follow. If I had known I'd have called around to other garages for comparison on all the parts. I had to give a star, but really doesn't deserve even that for what happened.
