Jose Diaz did a fabulous job today with me. I came in with my existing phone almost dead would not hold  a charge and he was able to save all my photos which are very important to me. Jose worked with me for a few hours and got my new phone up and running like a charm.

Today I went to the Millis Verizon store and had the pleasure of being waited on by the store manager, Humza Elsiah. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I bought a new phone snd he walked me through the steps to operating the new phone. Your corporation is fortunate to have such an employee.  I will definitely recommend him at the Millis Verizon to friends and family.
