Broke down near Floyd's with rear end problem. Got a rough quote left truck. Received a call $2300 to repair. Needed my truck so went with it. Picked up truck and they tried to squeeze more money from me. Paid left a noticed lots of slack when shifting( Im saying the truck lurched and clanked between shifts it was so much slack!). Returned the truck 2 times. They said it wasn't rear end. They had it at shop a didn't help letting my 6 month warranty run out.I had to take it to another shop quoted $1500 to replace all gears and bearings. The new shop said there is no way to justify $2500. Truck was not repaired properly at Floyd's.. $2500 taken from my family that we needed to pay bills and still didn't fix my truck used to make a living to feed my children.if you want your vehicle repaired you better stay away from Floyd's,very shady. If you want to read these good reviews from Facebook friends go ahead and learn the hard way!!! Look at yellow page reviews.1 star rating.

Best people in Robertsdale for your exhaust needs. Patrick the owner is passionate about his work and listens to his customers needs and does above and beyond what is needed. I got here at 8 o'clock in the morning for an 8 o'clock appointment and they took my truck right in to fix the problem.
