Awful experience. The girls behind the counter were making fun of other coworkers and I was treated as if I was going to steal something. The girl was motioning when she thought I wasn’t looking and said, I’m keeping these boxes. Then, when I got to the register, the shoes were more expensive than I thought. Because of that and what happened earlier, I walked out and left the shoes. I won’t be back. I would have let two of the staff members go on the spot, if I were their manager. Be polite, professional and push the buttons on the register. That’s all. Otherwise, go home. I’m currently headed to another store to buy the exact same pair of shoes. Thanks.

Visited the store located at the Wharf in Orange Beach. We walked into store not knowing that it was nearing closing time. Manager did not notify us of this, but instead followed us around the store continually asking if we were OK. He then began a conversation with another employ about closing, obviously for our benefit. As a former retail manager, I know that making customers feel uncomfortable is not the way to run a business. Not only did he lose a substantial sale today, but I will not return in the future and I will pass the word on my experience.

There is a wide variety, but not a very friendly staff.
