Fly Over the City Courier Service

First of all, they saved my butt! I ran short on some peripherals for a job we are completing on a weekend at that and I am all the way in Texas. Rich and Brian were fantastic and very very flexible. Great to know I have a courier service that is close to a lot of my NY clients. They will be hearing from me again! Oh and the delivery price was competitive and the payment process was super easy. Thanks guys!

I use courier services daily in my line of work and this is THE BEST company I have ever used. I have had experiences with other companies and they have been so sub par. So happy the business I work for now uses this amazing service. The couriers are all so friendly, timely and all around a pleasure to work with. Any time I have ever had a question about the where-abouts of a package, the status of something or even when I make a mis-click when I am ordering a service they always answer me timely, thoroughly and in the nicest manner. The email confirmations are awesome, so if I have a client looking for a package I can let them know when it was delivered and who received it as well. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone who was ever looking to have anything couriered for professional or for personal reasons. Keep up the good work FOTC!

One word would be - Awesome. The situation was that my wife won concert tickets that needed to be picked up in Brighton which was a hassle for us. I thought maybe we could send her license picture required for pickup to a courier and have them place in an envelope and mail the tickets to us. I started calling couriers via Yelp. The first one was totally confused and gave all sorts of pushback.. Their drivers don't have envelopes, they can't get a license picture, can you send a stamp to us.. etc. Ridiculous. Same story on another one. Called Fly over the City and they were like, "no problem". I emailed the license pic, mailing address etc. They took care of this and mailed the tickets within 1 business day. I needed to find a competent courier who I could trust. So glad I found these guys!

Very polite and hard-working people. I appreciate their hard work and sincerity. Anytime I want to ship my stuff between NYC and Boston, I'll be using them.
