Flying Cupcake

As the only customer's in the Carmel shop yesterday afternoon, I ordered a cup of coffee to go with our cupcakes. Upon ordering the coffee I was told, "We have coffee but I don't have any ready." So, completely dumbfounded I said "okay"as I didn't want to be a rude customer. I began babysitting at the age of 13 and at 15 I worked in a bakery through my high school years! Never in my life would I or the manager/owner ever let that be the employees response! The correct customer service response is, I'll have your fresh cup up in just a moment. I need to start a new pot! And who doesn't love a fresh cup of coffee!?! Resulting in a happy customer, a returning customer, and revenue for you!! (My son and I dined in and I witnessed the employee having time sit down behind the counter and text!) As of my first experience here...never again! Customer service....where!?!? Disappointing! For sweets worth the price and great customer service go to Titus Bakery in Westfield!!

My wife and I love The Flying Cupcake. We had them do our wedding cake last year, and we keep coming back whenever we're in the neighborhood. Champagne Raspberry & Sugarplum are our 2 favorite flavors - the 2 we used for our wedding :)

OK, I wish I was a robot, but that is besides the point. Flying Cupcake said they would turn me into a robot but did not. I asked for my money back and they told me that I never gave them any. Well played. Don't forget to tip your drivers. They ARE robots.

I'll never forget my first flying cupcake off of a food truck at a vintage market AND I am so happy I bought one simply because it was named after Elvis! I had just moved to Indy and quickly found out they had a location right next to my home. My husband and I visit at least once a month and always buy too many to take home haha. My mother even buys many to take back with her to Chicago. We love this place so much they actually catered our wedding and did an amazing job! Emily was so sweet in helping us with choosing different cupcakes and purchasing the best amount. All of our guest LOVED them! This facility is just the cutest place to visit to sit and enjoy a cupcake with anyone! If you haven't tried PLEASE GO!!! Best perk is getting a free cupcake on your birthday

I've been going to Flying Cupcake in Carmel for years and love the taste of their cupcakes. I wanted to do something special for a birthday. They were rude and not accommodating at all :(
