Awesome place for , streamed shrimp. Great atmosphere, terrific staff, wonderful service ! The young man with the beard and dark glasses is exceptional . We drive 30 miles too eat here.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT... IF YOU ARE NOT FROM WEST VIRGINIA DO NOT GO HERE FOR SEAFOOD. IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME, MONEY, EXPERIENCE AND OVERALL VALUE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO CARRABBA CRAB SHACK OR RED LOBSTER OR BETTER OFF GOING TO KROGER AND BUYING YOUR OWN SEAFOOD AND COOKING IT YOURSELF. HERES A BETTER IDEA THE DC, MARYLAND, VIRGINIA AREA IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER GO THERE. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE UP TO NEW YORK OR DOWN NORTH CAROLINA TO GET SOME FRIED SEAFOOD. THIS PLACE IS TRULY A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I DONT SEE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

My wife and I have always loved this place & enjoy their fish or shrimp tacos on a fairly frequent basis. However, recently, they changed their fries from fresh-cut to shoe-string-like. They are still decent, but not as good or fresh, and they are still listed as the former. Our last order of the shrimp taco proved less than the exceptional standards we have come to expect. They switched from the plump, sweet, tasty larger shrimp to a "popcorn" sized shrimp, which were not nearly as tasty & perhaps not as plentiful in terms of overall volume/weight of shrimp in the taco, but the underwhelming flavor might have deceived us there? We will remain loyal, fir the time being, in hopes that consistency returns to this previously exceptional eatery.

We visited for the first time. The steamed shrimp with old bay were good quality and fresh. The mahi fish (with jerk seasoning) sandwich was very good. The fish was tender and fresh. The crab cake sandwich was delicious. Full of crab meat, not filler. The hush puppies were much better than the fries. We would return for sure.
