The Flywheel biking class is as awesome as other places, with engaging instructors and easy-to-config bikes. When a class is close to its capacity, the change room however feels like a packed concert hall. Pro-tip: There's a separate locker/change room upstairs, with a stairway near the entrance.

Flywheel is one of my favorite spin studios. Your experience will wildly depend on the instructor you have, but it's better than Soul in that even if your instructor isn't that great you at least have metrics and a leaderboard to work towards if you need to ignore them. Also shoe rental is free, as is water, bananas and apples! They changed the shower situation here so now there are 4 stalls for shower in just the women's changing room alone instead of the two single stalls. I wish they'd learn from this mistake at their other new locations that still have the single unisex shower/changing stalls.

Great work out. High energy and you get to be very independent. Tablet check-ins, shoes already in your cubby, complementary water, towels and fruit

Great workout, good facility and great staff. They give you everything you need to feel comfortable and build up a sweat.
