Very nice facilities. Secure and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Instructors are excellent and put on great sessions. Would highly recommend.

Nice and polite staff,great instructors.
Always ready to help.
Sweaty workouts,but they are worth it.
Love Jamie's,Brooke's and Dallis's classes most of all!)

I have loved attending classes here! Each instructor I've had has been awesome. Clean facilities. Lockers to store your valuables. Fully stocked bathroom to get ready in, however they are pretty small and there is usually a line for the showers after morning classes. Overall very positive experience!
