Focus Suites of New York

A bit of a shambles really. Yes you always get paid but the least out of all market research companies. The premises are the worst, the staff treat you pretty badly and everything's so disorganized and a mess. Even the clients were angry at Focus Pointe when I went once. Try a competitor instead, much more professional.

I did my first focus group for ConEd 90 minutes and made $250 we discussed installing electric meters to the public

My first time being in a focus group. It was a mock Jury .We got paid and it was a good experience

Large selection of market research rooms that vary from intimate couch conversation rooms to large mock court trials, all with one way mirrors. Upkeep could be a little better wear and tear and poor selection of waiting room beverages but overall pleasant.

Super organization, creates great useable customer data and knowledge for your marketing and customer retention.

Nice surroundings and nice staff.

I've participated in two focus groups and when I arrived at Focus Suites, I was immediately impressed. It's a great space that is comfortable and not intimidating, with snacks and sodas galore. I'd love to return for another study!

I wouldnt do anything for this company if my life depended on it. Was called to do a two day study, spent OVER $80 on bus tickets and when I get there, RUDE people and AFTER I signed the paperwork, was told I didnt qualify. AND Couldnt get carfare returned.
