Just checked in and they did not have the booking correct, but made no effort to attempt to correct it. The property is very nice. Customer service could improve from the front desk to the front desk manager.
Decent and adequate lodging; ok breakfast assortment; unsuccessful to reach assistance at reception desk.

Loved staying here on our trip to New York. It's a good location, not far from all the standard attractions but far away enough to not be too hectic.
