Francesca is MAGICAL! I have been going to Follicle for over five years and she has taken me from brown to red to blonde and one time rainbow. We have also done many styles together. She takes a different approach and consults before she ever touches your hair. Francesca is talented and knows what style/ color will go best with your features. Her enthusiasm leads to salon dance parties as she is a joy to be around. You will feel better not only because you will look great but because of her upbeat nature you will leave better than when you came in. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have thick and unruly hair that tries to stick out in all directions. Francesca is the only stylist I trust to work with it -- her cuts always flatter and work WITH my hair, not against it, and grow out beautifully. I get compliments for weeks after my appointments. She's also brilliant with color. She is a straight shooter and honest about what's possible for your hair; I so appreciate that she manages your expectations while somehow also exceeding them!! I moved to New York and still come back to get my hair done. That should tell you everything. ;

I got the best cut i’ve ever gotten at this salon!! After the extensive consultation, she knew exactly how to cut my hair. I’ve never felt so comfortable wearing my hair down. I have thick very curly hair, and she knew how to cut it to the perfect shape so that it looks good even when it’s frizzy and curling in weird places. I always feel relaxed and confident when sitting in Francesca's chair, and I certainly haven't always felt that way when getting my hair cut elsewhere. She is so good with cuts AND color that I never have any worry that I will come away with anything short of a great haircut that holds its shape for weeks and weeks. I continue to go back to Follicle for my hair styling, even though I moved out of the city.

My hair is curly and she has an amazing knack for cutting and styling so it looks as natural as can be, but always stylish, not a frizzy wedge. If you’re daring, she’ll use her top notch products for a wild color or glam look with a banging cut to make you shine. Been coming to her for years and can’t imagine entrusting my locks to anyone else!
