Got LASIK done by Dr. Fong. Elena patiently went over everything with me and my brother to make sure we understood the whole thing. The procedure done by Dr. Fong himself was simple and pain free. Professional staff and clean office. Recommended.

The address is in the basement, the front desk staff is very friendly, but the ophthalmologist service is terrible, he is thin and very busy. He can serve white people and Cantonese very friendly, but if you can speak Mandarin, please do not enter this eye center. The doctor is from Cantonese. He can speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin, but he does not like to speak Mandarin. This is the quality of service I waited for 3 hours inside, and I was hurt by ignoring it. Ask him any questions, and he will answer you impatiently. I need help to find the clinic, but it is a pity. Did not get any help. With strange eye drops dripping from the corners of my eyes, I walked on the road like a blind person. Very sad. Won't come again. He discriminates against Chinese who speak Mandarin

This clinical deserve less credit than the current rate. It deserves NO credit!!! BAD ATTITUDE at the front desk! Try to walk-in to see the doctor at 2PM because something flew in my mother's eyes and then became red and swollen. My mom is exiting patient, not the new patient. But the front desk refuse to take my mom because she doesn’t have referral. I’m using fidelis care, which DOESN’T need the referral!!!! We called the fidelis care, the agent said no need to have referral to see an eye doctor

Dr. Fong had helped my mom to finish a Laser Treatment in a few months ago. Before the treatment, my mom just only planned to get a pair of glasses to improve her reading. However, Dr. Fong found out that she needed a laser treatment in the short term. In the procession of the treatment, he was very patient in everything, and I can see his profession. He explained the problem to my mom in detail. Also, his staffs are very nice and polite. After the Laser Treatment was finished, my mom feels that the result is very satisfying. Thank you Dr. Fong! My mom high recommends Dr. Fong Office to her friends.

BE AWARE!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS FREAKING TERRIBLE. This is the least professional and horrendous medical office ever. The doctor is late, no notification, everything is overbooked. My mother in law has to wait 1-2 hours each visit, and keep stalling operations per visit. We visited this place for over 2 months already for a simple lasik surgery and each visit is a nightmare. I have no idea why he keeps boasting about his reputation- I'd rather see a humble less known surgeon than this egomaniac.

My mom just had her cataract surgery done by Dr Fong. Outcome was so good! My mom was so happy. Nice clinic , friendly nurse and professional doctors there. I appreciate the care they gave to my mom. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs eye care .

BE AWARE! Their MEDICAL CONSENT smells fishy!!! Once I requested to bring the consent home to review, they turned their face and very rude! They even asked me to bring a family member as a witness when I sign my consent! What gives? How could a family member professional enough to understand their 30 pages consent? What is the responsibility behind there? They didn't answer! and, What if a person who lives alone? Bring my own witness just doesn't make any sense! Wish you good luck if you do surgery there; Otherwise, I afraid you LOST YOUR RIGHTS! They just show me they care their interests rather to care the patient. This is always the most important to choose a right Doctor for you.

My mother in law had laser with Dr. Fong not long ago. She likes how the doctor there explained her eyes condition in details, and how the laser to be performed so she has less fear from the treatment. She also liked the practice are more equipped compare to the other practices she has been to.

Dr Raymond Fong did my LASIK surgery on 5/30/19 and it was very successful; I have 20/20 vision now hopefully forever; shoutout to Christine, Elaine, Boey I think that was her name and Dr Yip who came from all offices Brooklyn, Manhattan and flushing to accommodate me to get the surgery done within a few weeks of my initial consultation. I am extremely satisfied with the procedure, the entire staff and offices. Highly recommended for anyone from all backgrounds. This was the best decision I have ever made.

My sister-in-law had the bladeless LASIK both eyes done by Dr. Raymond Fong in 2016. She is extremely grateful to Dr. Fong for her clear sharp vision. She said bye bye to glasses and uncomfortable contact lenses. Made her life so much easier now that she has 20/20 vision. She told everyone it was quick and painless. I referred Dr. Fong to her when she asked me who to go to for lasik. I told her go with the best and the most experienced surgeon and who care about the long lines and mediocre services as long as the great result will be absolutely TIMELESS !!!!
