Not pleased with my last service. I waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee that I pour myself and NOT ONE person gave me a cup or actually did their job and were extremely rude. Screw the service. I get you're college students but its a job and treat your customers as you would any other place and if you don't like people THEN DON'T TAKE THE JOB. I'm just really irritated.
