Food Lion

Love shopping here. Always have fresh produce and stocked up on the meats. I also find impossible meat here which is hard to find. Thank you for also keeping good prices on all of the items in stock.

Went in this store to pick up a few things for dinner today. Cashier rings me up but there is a problem with the the card reader. We wait to see if the computer will reboot and it does not. We call the manager over to help...he looks at me and asks "are you using ebt?" The cashier and I both look at one another and say " no, there is a problem with the card reader" The manager prompts the cashier to move to register 5 and she does, then she proceeds to ring up a new customer who has just entered her line.....I tell the manager not to worry about ringing up my things and I leave..I will never shop at food lion again, anywhere. My family has shopped there over 35 years and today was the last day. We will shop at the Harris teeter across the street or other stores but no foodlion. Ever again! Poor customer service

Okay. Small store. My friend had a coupon for us and red peppers and the cashier would not accept it. This was after the same cashier cashier got scammed for a buck or two because they did not count the change a customer provided. Then the customer asked a dollar back. Because the cashier had not counted the change, they simply gave the person the dollar.

The always have what I need. Store could use a good cleaning and some brighter lightening.

I love this food lion! Excellent customer service at the store, from the employees as well as management. Stores always clean. The manager Mr. Tim is AWESOME!! Thank you Mr. Tim for all you do, you go above and beyond for your customers and I really appreciate it. So refreshing. Keep up the good work everybody it shows.

The cashiers never say anything or greet. They even want you to go to another register. The service is just really horrible. I told one cashier 208 I wanted to do 2 separate transactions and voided my 2 of my yeast. even the girl with the skin condition has a nasty attitude. There is a cashier that is a Angel. Shes always happy and is a delight.

Clean, they have sanitizer by the door as you enter store, their shelves are always well stocked. The employees seem like they enjoy their jobs. The ONE BIG ISSUE that management is not enforcing wearing masks in the store. I love these stores, you can get alot on a small budget. Being a MVP works, don't just pass by that blue machine entering the store sign on it's for everyone. Life created the business, and business became life.

It was ok. Most cashiers getting off at 3pm and they had long lines with 3 register open. You got thru fast and shelves stocked. Oh by way a pack of fresh chicken wings were $20.

Always find GREAT stuff there! Love this location!
