Robust selection, but just a small inventory of each so there are many empty spaces. Produce seems to go down quickly. Staff incredibly helpful once you find someone free to assist. They take the much-appreciated "Let me show you" route instead of just pointing. The "Buy 2 get 2 free" is forever a mystery.... What happens if you buy just one? Answer seems to change depending on whom you ask.
Absolutely love Harris teeter. The customer service is always top-notch there is a very nice variety of everything. The stores are always clean and well-stocked, and they have many locations, so there’s always one that’s convenient. I do the majority of my shopping at Harris Teeter and only venture out to Whole Foods for a few items.
Alexandra at the desk is phenomenal. A few days ago, I had an issue with the fact that I was rang up incorrectly a few times for some items. She handled it with a smile and helped me. She then was talking to me about her goals in the company, and I believe she will make a phenomenal addition to this store. I know I’ll be back!
There's one on every corner and on average they're 20% higher on all their food all their products and they pay their staff the exact same thing as food Lion. I like Harris teeter don't get me wrong it's just overpriced as hell and it's not some uppity grocery store like they make it out to be. I remember at one point when I had a $7.50 hour produce employee yelling at me about not wearing a mask over my nose when I was the only living being in the entire store. Believe me if I could find a grocery store to go to other than this one that had the selection, Harris teeter would never get visited again.
Garrett went out of her way. I really appreciated how she helped me today. I’ll be frequenting this location for sure.
My experience at this Harris Teeter is amazing. I’m not just saying this because I’m working there. This Harris Teeter is special. The people are amazing. Glowing smiles everywhere. What else is there to explain about how amazing this place is. If I had to recommend going to this specific Harris Teeter, I would for sure. Go see for yourself. I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed with my remarks. Stay smooth…
Your employee Sam is very good at what he does. He know the ins and outs of the place like the back of his hand and clearly takes his work with such utter passion. Very good at finding thousand island dressing too as I was in a hurry and needed it quickly. Great establishment and even better employees.
Went by last night for a few essentials and remembered why I usually drive further from home to go elsewhere. Avocados were moldy, blackberries were dried out, and the yogurt hadn't been rotated as usual. I have regularly found expired yogurt and pudding in the cases for sale, typically behind fresher, in-date items. They had just brought in the carts and instead of spacing them evenly, they made one big line that blocked the way to the door. I had to move 3 carts just to be able to fit my cart between them and the Redbox. A few are good but most of the staff seem to be teenagers who'd rather be doing anything else. Be kind to yourself and drive to Whole Foods instead.
The lottery machine never has winners dont waste your miney....this machine never produced winner nor has ever......complete and utter waste of money. They just need to take the machine out of the store....when you spend 1000 dollars and win zero dollars something is wrong the lottery commission and the machine needs to be audited by the FBI. Thieves straight up theives.
Always fast, always friendly. Always worth the drive out of the way!!!
