Fooksman Law Firm, P.C., offers experienced and professional legal representation in all aspects of U.S. Immigration, Nationality and Consular matters. We are a full service immigration law firm with a primary focus on business and family immigration law, as well as, expert removal defense. After nearly a decade of specialized experience in immigration law and related legal areas, Marina Fooksman, Esq., founded Fooksman Law Firm, P.C. with the goal of providing expert legal representation through personal attention to each client’s individual situation.

The firm practices before all immigration related government agencies and courts, including the Department of Homeland Security: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor, Department of State, Executive Office for Immigration Review: Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as Federal Courts throughout the United States.
