Best Immigration team!! Shankar handled my h1b case. He was always very easy to speak to and quickly answered any questions I had. He told us what we needed and took care of preparing and filing all of the h1 transfer paperwork. I especially appreciated how thoroughly he prepared for my petition. I felt extremely well prepared and that helped alot to relieve our initial anxiety. At the interview everything went very smoothly and my petition got approved without any issue. Shankar is an excellent immigration lawyer and I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing a help with immigration.

I had the worst experience with H1B at this office. This place came to me highly recommended by a friend, but I was left disappointed. Not only that, it was impossible to get their attention. One of their staff even yelled at me over the phone when I called them freaking out ONE day before the deadline. They even lied to me after the petition got rejected. They simply said that my petition wasn't selected in the lottery. After I requested to see the official notification, the paper stated that my petition was not even considered due to missing documents after the attorney assured me that it would be OK to submit an incomplete application to USCIS. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone as it was one of the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Save your time, money and tears and find another law office to work with.

I had very less time around 9 months left on my H1visa [6th yr ending with out the GC process] when I was introduced to Mr.Shankar Setty. I found him very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Their team Shelina,Azeema,Fatima and Yadi are all very good. They are highly professional who keep track of all timings and deadlines. I was well updated about everything. They handled my Labor,I-140 and extension so well. Im very impressed with their team and me and my family are extremely grateful and pleased with their hard work and dedication. Very professional service! I worked with them first for my work visa transfer and then green card application. They did a great job of preparing the documentation right. Shankar and Fatima they were patient with answering all my queries. My green card application was completed in a time period much shorter than I expected because of these guys. There were no RFEs in any steps. Highly recommended.

Shankar showed the confidence in my case for moving from EB3 to EB2 category, which convinced my employer to refile GC in EB2 category. And his pleasant attitude made this process lot easier for me and I will not hesitate to refer anyone else to them for this.
