He is absolutely wonderful at what he does. I take my shoes all the time and he always treats them with care and finds amazing solutions for repairs. Also super accommodating with my sometimes ridiculous time requests. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Terrible. These guys had my boots for 4 days to polish and clean them up and did nothing that whole time. When I came in at the designated time they said they were still trying to make it “perfect” and could I come back before close that night. I was disappointed but agreed. When I came back they first said they thought I wasn’t coming back at all, then changed their story and said that the machine they needed had been broken for days so they couldn’t do the work. None of it made sense and ultimately I asked for my boots back. They gave them back untouched- clearly no one had even looked at them yet. A waste of time and totally unprofessional.
