From sales, F&I, parts, and the manager; it was a seamless transaction! The guys all made sure questions were answered and made sure the bike was ready. Great place to get a bike. I flew in from Kansas City just to get my bike from these guys! They did right by me too. I've put 1,500 miles on her in the first week and she runs like a top! 2017 Triumph Trophy SE. Very pleased with my purchase of my new 2023 Tiger 900 GT Pro. I worked with quite a few of the folks, from Jeremy, Robert, Brendan and Walter. They were all pleasant, approachable, and down to earth. You can tell they are all bike nerds which make them very relatable and fun to talk to. Highly recommend Foothills for your next Euro bike!

I just bought my first motorcycle from Foothills and had a great experience. When I first visited, I was totally green and just looking for first steps. I didn't even have a motorcycle license. I was after a very specific model/configuration, not something typical for a beginner, and I don’t look the part. Instead of brushing me off as a tire kicker, they spent quite a bit of time with me to get me set up with training and gear. After I got the license, they set to work trying to source the motorcycle I wanted which turned out to be no small feat. At no point did they try to sell me on something easier or tell me it couldn't be done. Due to supply chain issues, it took some time, but they delivered a motorcycle that was quite literally flawless. It didn’t have so much as a fingerprint on the chrome, and it rode like a dream from the onset. Though I had a universally positive experience, I want to thank three people specifically. Bonnie was a great help with aftermarket parts and clothes. All her suggestions/advice hit the mark and I’ve been happy with everything. Jeremy was patient in the face of my unyielding requirements. He worked hard to get things rolling and went above and beyond to help me get the exact motorcycle I’d envisioned. Once it arrived, Lawson did an incredible job building it and getting all the parts swapped. Should I find myself looking for another motorcycle in the future, I won’t think twice about returning to Foothills.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like a valued customer. Jeremy jumped up from his desk to show me the bike I wanted to see. He got me set up for a test ride quickly. After I decided to buy my GT Pro Jeremy called parts to get the accessories I wanted ordered. Bonnie was extremely helpful with that and got the accessories in stock brought to the showroom floor for me. Then she took me to service to talk options with the service manager. Finished off in finance with Jeff and Walter. They gave great advice on the service plans available. Despite a slow printer we got the paperwork done fairly quickly. Overall it was a great buying experience and I highly recommend Foothills Triumph and BMW.

Brendan was great to work with and everyone here is super friendly. Setup delivery for my motorcycle very fast. Overall great experience buying a motorcycle here.

I first went to another dealer looking at bikes but when I showed up at this dealership the sales manager realized I already researched the bikes but needed to take it out on a test drive. My salesperson took me out and after the ride I knew the bike was for me. I was paying cash so I just wanted the best deal.. got a great price on the bike and even got a discount on the accessories to make the deal. Had some bad communication during the process and even though I was frustrated in the end the did what ever it took to make me happy. Showed back up today to buy more parts for the bike. Hats off to this dealership. I’m not the easiest person to make happy but in my the end that’s what they did. Thanks to the general manager, parts manager, and salesman for the great customer service

DO NOT GO THERE- READ THE WHOLE REVIEW I am writing the review after about 3 months of purchase. I am as much at fault as they are. I know the salesperson's but I have not disclosed his name here. First of all, I paid 3k more than it's actual price. I bought a 2021 BMW R18 First Edition from here. I found out BMW has the special program incentives to sell these motorcycle. However, they gave me little to no incentive on it. I know I should have done more research on it before I fell on their bet. My understanding is salesperson should fairly tell about the incentives, discount that their delear provides. My thought process is- customers are same for the dealership whether they are clever or depend on the dealer's honesty and fairness and should be treated fairly. I felt very much deceived from them. There are other BMW motorcycles dealers in town, please do research before you go there. Email me for the details if you want to know about it.
